ADHD affects attention, focus and impulse control — and rarely travels alone. We offer holistic, multidisciplinary support for its everyday impact.

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that shapes how a person manages attention, impulse control and activity. It often begins in childhood and can continue into adult life, where it may show up as difficulty concentrating, restlessness, disorganisation or acting on impulse.
ADHD also rarely travels alone. Many people live alongside it with stress, disturbed sleep, low mood or persistent pain — and these difficulties can feed one another. Diagnosis and any prescribed medication sit with the appropriate specialist; our role is to support the everyday impact of ADHD and the challenges that accompany it.
If trouble focusing, restlessness or impulsivity is affecting your work, studies, relationships or wellbeing — or if poor sleep, stress and low mood are making each day harder — a calm, structured conversation can help you understand what is contributing and where support may help.
We start with an unhurried, structured assessment of your whole picture — attention, mood, sleep, lifestyle and any pain — and build a supportive plan with you. Our multidisciplinary team can bring in psychotherapy, coaching-style support and practical lifestyle guidance, always working alongside your existing specialists rather than replacing them.
An unhurried assessment maps how attention, mood, sleep and lifestyle shape your daily life, so any support can be tailored to what matters most to you.
Practical guidance on routine, sleep, movement and nutrition — foundations that some people find help them feel steadier and more able to focus.
Our psychotherapist offers talking therapy and coaching-style strategies to support organisation, self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.
Cannabis and ketamine are not treatments for ADHD itself. But where stress, low mood or sleep difficulties accompany it, and only where clinically appropriate, a small number of further options may be discussed as part of a wider plan.
These options may include Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and medical cannabis, both available only after careful assessment and with full clinical oversight.
Book a one-hour consultation with our multidisciplinary team to map what is contributing — and build a supportive plan that works alongside your existing care.
