Endometriosis causes chronic pelvic pain, painful periods and fatigue. We support pain relief and wellbeing alongside your gynaecologist's care.
Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows outside the uterus. Each month this tissue responds to the body's hormonal changes, but it has no way to leave the body, which can lead to inflammation, chronic pelvic pain and painful periods.
It is a common condition that can take years to recognise, and the pain it causes is too often dismissed or misunderstood. Many people live with significant discomfort, fatigue and disruption to work, relationships and everyday life long before they find the right support.
At The Pain Clinic, we focus on managing pain and supporting wellbeing. We work alongside your gynaecologist and wider care team. We do not perform gynaecological surgery or replace specialist gynaecological treatment, but we can help you live more comfortably day to day.

Pelvic pain from endometriosis can be persistent, complex and exhausting, and it often does not respond fully to standard painkillers. Because the pain can involve nerves, muscles and long-term sensitisation, a broader, more specialised approach is frequently needed alongside gynaecological care.
At The Pain Clinic, our multidisciplinary team takes time to understand how the pain affects your body, mood and daily function. We work in partnership with your gynaecologist, never in place of them, to help manage pain, ease its impact and support your overall wellbeing.
Our role is to support pain relief and quality of life while your gynaecologist manages the underlying condition. We build a plan around your individual symptoms and goals.
We take time to understand your pain, its patterns and how it affects sleep, mood, energy and daily life, so that support is shaped around you rather than a single symptom.
Our team brings together pain specialists, physiotherapists and psychological support, working alongside your gynaecologist to address pelvic pain from more than one angle.
Endometriosis can be a long-term condition, so we focus on sustainable strategies that may help you manage flare-ups and feel more in control over time.
